Tartaruga-leopardo (Leopard tortoise)

A leopard tortoise which hid itself in its shell when we got close at South Africa savanna.

African Fact/Curiosity:
In Africa, when you are in a game (i.e., safari), there is a challenge: To spot the LITTLE five (Elephant shrew, Buffalo weaver, Leopard tortoise, Antlion, and Rhino beetle) and the BIG five (African elephant, Black rhinoceros, Cape buffalo, African lion, and African leopard) game animals.

Luckly, we spot this little guy!
