Crab-eating fox

Here we have two crab-eating foxes, a mother and a cub. They are from the Caatinga biome, an tropical dry forest-like landscape from Brazil's Northeast. The Crab-eating fox is South America's most abundant canid species and it is found throughout most of the subcontinent (excluding most of the Amazon Basin).
